"The highest reward for a person's toil is not what
they get for it, but what they become by it."
As owner of the blog I will be the administrator by default but I will invite all new authors that will be given co-author account. They can only EDIT their posts and they won't have the feature to edit / delete others posts. However as administrator, I can change the privileges of the co-authors anytime. In our case, the plan is to eventually make each blog independent from the original administrator.
The trick is to not neglect our blogs and let them turn into a stale web site. Fundamentally, blogs are nothing more than content management systems. A blog makes it possible for anyone to add content to a site without having to worry about page design issues. Just upload pictures, type in words, and click "Publish". The whole world can now see your creation - if they care to.
The main issue for our winery isn't, "to blog or not to blog;" but whether or not to develop the changes necessary to keep our blogsites alive and interesting. Either we make the investment, or our blogsites are effectively stagnant brochures.
If there’s one thing we truly value here in our blogoshere, it’s the opinions of others. At this moment the opinions we desperately seek are from long standing American Style teachers. They have the experience to give the reader/dancers of all our blogs an education. With that being said, we proudly open our blogs for guest authors who have something to say.
