Racketeers

In Alaska the unions and contractors are as per usual. The government will pay for the contruction of a harbor in the Aleutian native community's island of Akutan even if there is no road away from it. The only way to get into or get out of the harbor will be by boat. Any connector roads to town are likely to be decades into the future.

"We are often unprepared for Truth, which is why
Truth is revealed to us progressively."

That is done in many places, including the Waianae Coast. We have a bridge that was built many years ago. Its starts at no place and it goes to no place. There are barriers on either end now but the bridge is still there and the contractors that built it made big bucks. Yes, it was the dough, Flo.

Industrial Park in West Oahu, voted down by the Rail Calamity people. (naturally) maybe 1000 people employed. 1000 less
cars on the freeways to and from town and 1000 less cars in Honolulu traffic. But it's the money, Sonny.

Now we have the biggest attempt to hold up the citizens of this Island, the Rail Fiasco. Most people know it will not do the job of getting people off the cars and onto public transportation. And the Rail Catastrophe people are not aware of the word "comfortable" in regards to getting from point A to point B. And of course, it's the loot, Klute.

The articulated bus (one tandem), enough of them would
have done a good job. But the Bi-Articulated (two tandems) would have clinched it. Ten times cheaper than the Rail
Waterloo and five times more effective. "I coulda got the bus right around the corner." No rail stations.

The City and County of Honolulu will not go bankrupt. Even though right from the beginning with Garbaukaus the newly imported expert on rail (Yoshioka don't know anything) will get in salary and extras, more than the combined salaries of the Mayor and the Governor. So how do you like them potatoes? These are experts at ripping off the public. The neighbor islands don't know it yet but they will be the lucky ones to help bail out the Rail Chaos on Oahu.
