St Patrick Day Celebrations.

Everyone getting ready for Downtown Honolulu Traffic and celebrate St Patrick's Day

Sorry folks this is just the figment of someones imagination. May happen next year. No one knows how the Present Rail Party is going to screw up the transportation even more.

Meanwhile, in town, Da Reel Teeng.

This year Murphy’s Bar & Grill will be having the largest St. Patrick’s Day Celebration in the Pacific! On Monday, the 17th, they will open for lunch in the restaurant at 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and the open-air festival kicks off at noon with a variety of beers, spirits and food ranging from fish n’ chips, Guinness braised lamb shanks, burgers, steak sandwiches and their fabulous corned beef & cabbage, and much more. As always, for every pound of corned beef sold, $2.00 is donated to the Hawaii Children’s Cancer Foundation.

Once the sun goes down, however, the real party begins when Murphy closes down Merchant and Nuuanu Streets and brings on the Irish stylings of Doolin’ Rakes and the hard rocking of local band Elephant! The streets awash in green, lined with kegs of beer and spirits. Its the event everyone will claim they were at and only by attending will you know if they are telling the truth.
