Kalealoa

This area is coming into prominence not only in West Oahu dancing but also better known up the Central Valley to the North Shore and down the Moanalua Corridor. This area is more precisely West of Kapolei at Kalealoa Harbor to Kalealoa Airport, directly south of Kapolei. And the Campbell Industrial Park sits squarely in the middle.

"A fresh start, a new chapter in life waiting to be written. New questions to be asked, discovered, embraced and loved, all in this coming year."

This awareness throughout the region, not only by the dancers, has been brought about by the Rail Catastrophe that is expected to mess up all transportation to and from Honolulu. You can get the #94 bus today in Kapolei and get to UH Manoa in one hour. With "Rapid?? Transit ??" it will take two hours. look it up.

All this with more hassles, feeder buses to Rail Stations, 21 stops to Honolulu, and another feeder bus to your destination and the noise of steel wheels on steel will be excruciating. Auwe. Yes, we all know, it's the dough, Moe. The select few are already making millions and millions of dollars and the estimated cost goes up daily. Good thing our property owners are rich. Property taxes will double. Milk, Eggs and Bread will go to $10.00.

There will be more housing in Kalealoa but what we need is more business parks near the Harbor and also near the Airport. There will be a modestly priced hotel here and we can look forward to more places where we can suck'em up. This leads to live music and sure as hell, Dancing. We will live, work and play in our own kuleana, our own Paradise. We can visit Honolulu every two or three years, why not? After we tear the Rail Mess down it should be a piece of cake.
