WBDC Rolling Along

Got an email from Bernadette Yagi in Wahiawa.
Very difficult to get into a readable file to save on my computer. If any of you send anything, try to send it in JPG. Even then sometimes I have to get it into a program that will save it, removing all formats. Humbug. Anyway I am trying to wean myself out of my Rum and Coke and I am trying out a Burgundy. Not too bad so I felt like making a poster.

My hobby is doing my posters so I thought I would make this one. The original is
using Photoshop and then the text is in Print Shop (nobody can beat Print Shop)
and then back to Photoshop to resize it.

And we have a late addition to this blog and because it is a blog, it is easy to do that.

The Yagis are the best Two Centers we have in the territory. Many of our reader/dancers wait for news from Wahiawa. What a deal if we could get a photo now and then. They also give us a little news on Dot's in Wahiawa and that certainly helps. Now if we could only get a Guest Author from WBDC to get in and out whenever they wish. Wow. Knock your socks off.

"Starting All Over Again" by Bruddah Iz

We hear of possible dance clubs, in Waikele, Waipio and Kalealoa but nothing concrete from anyone. For sure the local entertainment West of Waipahu will be increasing all the way up to Makaha. People are now realizing more than ever the horrible impact of the Rail Catastrophe, they must find a way to live, work and play in the West among all their friends and neighbors, some of the best people in the world.

American Waltz:
Glad to see Waltz being danced in the West. And it is somewhat different depending on the venue. Night Club waltz can be danced very comfortable in the small dance floor if you just use the movements in the Bronze level. You can enjoy a different Waltz in the Social Dance clubs and include many movements in the Silver level. Of course in the "big one" anything goes and International is danced very well indeed.
