The Businss Parks

I am getting more good feedback on the Business Park that was going to be built in Lualualei but voted down by the Present Rail Party. Most of us on the Waianae Coast, are sick and tired of having a few handouts from the Ivory Towers of Honolulu. Now we would have had an additional place where we could work nearby and not have to spend half our day commuting in the huge traffic congestion to, from and in Honolulu. And when the Rail Disaster is installed, everyone agrees that the traffic is going to get a lot worse. Feeder buses, Auwe!

"People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing.
That’s why we recommend it daily."

The beautiful Business Park that was to be built in Lualualei. Voted down by
you know who. And I coulda been home in 20 minutes.

The high class do gooders complain about the minimum wage jobs that would have been offered. Most of us on the coast know that minimum wage on the Waianae is worth ten times what it worth in Honolulu. Put together with getting home in 20 minutes. Now we can see that too few were thinking about the good for the members of this community, but we also know it's the bread, Fred. Millions and millions of dollars in profits in the Rail Catastrophe.

Something even more, some workers may come from Kapolei. But they will be going to work when the traffic is all going the other way. Clear and easy riding to work. When Pau, they will be going home when the traffic is all going the other way. Living on the Coast becomes a reality that we can live in Paradise. But the Fat Cats in Honolulu gotta have the money and it's the money, Sonny.
