The dance situation remains constant. Salsa dancing on the North Shore, and rumors of dancing at Whitmore Village. Wahiawa is doing very well with Wahiawa Ballroom Dance Club and then there is Dot's in Wahiawa for a little night club action. Mililani with Just Tacos, Salsa dancing every Saturday night. Dance Hawaii is pretty solid in Waipahu and HBDA is doing well in Kapolei. From everywhere else there are only rumors. So apparently there is a big section wide open for a dance group.

They just have to get well away from the noise of the Rail Disaster. That leaves the three very needy possibles. Waianae, Kapolei and possibly, Waikele or Waipio. This all makes for very solid dancing of our kind, and the entire area ready for a smaller version of the famous Palladium in downtown Honolulu. One third the square footage would be quite enough. Our people are social dancers and do not require an acre of ground to dance.

Many Community Centers and District Parks in the West would do with just a good dance floor. The best example in the West without a doubt is the Waianae District Park dance floor. Wow, what a place to party! However, no one knows if there has ever been any dance on that floor. Auwe. Time Marches On and the Horseshoe will catch up soon.
