Rolliing Along

Looking Good: Kapolei is still a long ways from being Second City though most things are already in place. Too many high class over two million dollar homes of non-residents. But the good residents are going to make it. The Rail Disaster is still there. So the night life that should be here now is still a ways off. They don't even have enough nice cocktail lounges and they are your basic starters. A good size bar becomes a night club when a dance floor is installed,

Kapolei, Waipio or Ewa?
I have been to the only bar in town and found it in use by a private party. Too many still living in the last century. "Keep the country, country." (The Fat Cats in Honolulu) Many residents are hard to convince that they they live on an urban island now. So Ewa and Ewa Beach are still wide open for some competition in the new dance action.  Unfortunately, our only official ballroom in West Oahu is the Legacy Ballroom in Waipio and no one knows when was the last time they had a Ballroom Dance.

And of course, there is a natural expectation of a new dance club in Waipio or a Night Club.. And no one can recall if the Legacy Ballroom in Waipio has ever been used as a ballroom, for dancing that is. We are getting to know how to live, work and play in our own kuleana.  And the entire enchilada means that we are getting closer to define, "Ballroom" dancing. That will be our definition in Hawaii and not what outsiders have decided it should be.

Outlook.com email is completely screwed up.
